  1. Virtual Games Inc., a small but well financed entertainment company, is
  2. seeking Lightwave artists to join us here in Calgary, Alberta to build
  3. virtual worlds for computer entertainment product.

  5. The main challenge is to take representative architecture of various cultures
  6. present, past and future and to capture the essence of their form in 3d in
  7. as few polygons as possible.
  8.  
  9. This artwork is intended for use in upcoming real-time-3d multiplayer games
  10. being commercialized in both location based entertainment sites and regional
  11. dial-in hubs.
  12.  
  13. We currently use Lightwave Amiga but anticipate switching to Lightwave on SGI
  14. this spring (when it becomes available).  We use only the modeller component
  15. of the Lightwave package; visualization and kinematics are done with custom
  16. tools.
